Risk management

We advise pension fund boards in developing and challenging risk management policies. We also advise pension funds in setting up a risk management organization that fully complies with legal requirements. Finally, we support pension fund boards in the implementation of risk management by fulfilling the key function provider role and independently preparing and discussing risk analyses and risk opinions.

Within DPS, risks are monitored and made transparent in a structured manner. Risk management is based on the internationally accepted as standard COSO 2017 model. Within the aforementioned model, we advise pension funds in the context of setting up, implementing and executing risk management based on the COSO 2017 model. To this end, we translate the COSO 2017 model to the business operations of our pension fund clients and support pension fund boards by performing strategic risk analyses (Own Risk Assessment, Strategic Integrity Risk Analysis), forming managerial risk opinions and conducting strategic and operational risk self-assessments.
