Pensions and communication

We focus on the members of the pension fund. Our pension services consist of a multitude of activities. We accompany the participants from the time of joining the fund until the time of retirement. We ensure that we administer pension rights correctly and completely during the accrual phase, pay out the pension on time and correctly, and communicate transparently about pension rights. We also support member employers with the administrative tasks associated with a comprehensive pension solution.

We stand for well-considered, realizable and strategic communication advice. We fulfill a sparring partner role to pension fund boards for strategic issues. A good strategy and a well-founded approach are the basis for achieving fund objectives and influencing target groups. In communication support, we think strategically and make a practical translation to the implementation and deployment of communication tools. We draw up a communication strategy, translate this strategy into a communication plan and handle the implementation of communication at both the individual and collective level.

The operational processes that pension funds have entrusted to us are independently tested. To this end, we have introduced digital control testing which means that we are in control continuously and not only at specific audit moments. The results of this continuous testing are reported by external and internal auditors to our clients in the ISAE 3402 Type II assurance report, the assurance reports accompanying the basic member data and operational audit reports that we discuss openly and transparently with the pension fund boards.
