Board advisory

Our  board advisory is knowledgeable in the field of governance, closely following developments in the pension world and translating them into careful decision-making procedures and reflection on management performance. This includes the preparation and maintenance of the annual strategic agenda, fund documents, governance-related activities including elections, suitability plans and the facilitation of training and education.

Board advisory maintains contacts with a wide range of external stakeholders, including the regulator. In addition, board advisory fulfils the bridging function between the pension fund and DPS by translating pension fund board decisions to the DPS organisation and by monitoring the follow-up of decisions and the preparation of advice by all knowledge disciplines involved in our executive office proposition.
